So my mum and I were talking about me getting a job and becoming a model, so I went on a site where I could of signed up to see if I was up for it. Two weeks later they sent me a message saying they accept me I then travelled to London for a photo shoot to see if I could do it like a professional model even though I didn't have any experience after the shoot a women showed us the photos. There were at least 20-50 photos of me in a different outfit I really liked them. The women made us a deal she said she would give us all the photos and let me join her modelling agencies near my town where I lived I would also get my own modeling site and my very own agencies I would also get payed?300-?600 depending on how good I was at the shoot. My mum payed the women?800 for everything. It was a offer you couldn't cancel... so do you think this is a good deal? or have I been scamed?

No legitimate agency will ask for money upfront. I hate to say it, bur I think you've been scammed.

I'm not sure because you don't usually have to pay for everything upfront... Only the photos you want to keep/ take home...

Even reading your question gave me an unsure feeling, I think you may have been scammed like the girls above said. I hope you haven't and goodluck

No legit modeling agency would ask you for money. My older son who is going on 12 next month has been modeling since he was 2 years old...we've changed agencies twice and not one of them has asked us for money and his tear sheets were covered by both agencies. You have been scammed.

Its too late to get your money back now. You have to chalk it up as a lesson learned and walk away. :( In this day in age you have to be careful. I have a family member who works for the State Department for the You.S. and there are sex trafficking rings disguising themselves as "modeling agencies" when its just a prostitution ring. Be very careful beautiful.

I never heard of them, I think you should try to get out as soon as possible. Submit your pictures to the top modeling agencies, like Ford, Elite, and Wilhelmina. My moms been in the fashion industry, she's designed clothes, and modeled before. Those are the agencies she wanted to submit my pictures to (I declined because I didn't wanna model lol) most models are usually 5'9+ but there are so many different types of modeling. You'll be a great model gorgeous 💗 good luck! :)

Sounds weird to me. You should set up your portfolio. That way you are prepared. And is what most agency's ask for. Also be careful with online sites. I'd start looking in a local place in person or phone.
