I would recreate it if I wasnt sick in bed right now, but it does look fairly simple, apart from the lips! lol.

It may look simple but its not. Takes quite some skill. Everything on her face is pristine. Well blended and placed.

That does not look simple to me! There isn't a crazy dramatic smokey cut crease eye, but look at that application! Flawless, and I know I'd have a hard time just recreating the "canvas" for that eyecatching eye and lip.
