Red lipstick advice!

I'm really not sure about this. I picked up this red lipstick cause it's in! It stays on forever & it so matte & I just love it. But I don't know how it looks on me. (Sorry for lighting!!) & what eye look to do with it. ): help!?!?

I'd personally be inclined to go more neutral, like greige or taupe shadow (Urban Decay's Mushroom is a good example of this) or a dark colored liner (black, dark purple, blue, green...), or some sort of pale gold/silver eye makeup.

Thanks ladies! I just picked it up cause it was the trend and I've always leaned more towards nude colors cause I wasn't too bold! But I figured I'd try it but didn know what would look good with it! Thank you all! Xoxo.
