Thank you! I agree to that @velen... I'm not really happy with naked3.. I'm quiet disappointed because its my first time to buy expensive makeuup.. usually I'm just using nyx & coastal scents. and I really like the result... but for this... :(

A sticky base will help with the fallout. The intensify the pigmentation I've used Maybelline Color Tattoo in "inked in pink". Because for me I've had issue with the matte shades not showing up on my skin so after I tried it again using the Color Tattoo it made a huge difference. Other options...NYX Jumbo pencil in "milk",NYX Eyeshadow Base in "white" or MAC Paint Pot in "painterly" or "bare study".

It's very pretty. I didn't get it myself, I agree the payoff on a some colors isn't great, I think they are meant more As color washes? The colors w/o great payoff were very shiny sheer golden colors I'm assuming are for layering and highlighting. I don't have much trouble with fallout with UD, I do use a primer. I also often apply their shadows wet, I love their colors and like them even bolder. That should help with the fallout, ladies.

I personally have never like the urban decay palettes the colors are pretty but I don't think they are pigmented enough to show up on certain skin tones, and I used a primer and base with the colors it still wouldn't show the way I wanted. I prefer mufe or Mac, but on the plus side you did a amazing job with the look and are very pretty

This really bites...bummed out that people aren't have a positive experience with it. I really didn't think it would work on my skintone but it has surprisingly. As long as I add something to lighten up my lids a bit then I have no issue with pigmentation. I did try it with the original UD eye primer...epic fail since that particular formula literally sucks the moisture out of my lids making it hard for the shadow to adhere thus resulting in massive fallout.
