Nivea Lip Butters are great. I also recommend the Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment, Burt's Bees and Smith's Rosebud Salve.

I've heard wonderful things about tokyo milk. Its purchased at sephora but is only $7 each and they have amazing scents! You can also try burts bees or carmex because they're known for being great with dry lips. That being said I advice you to stay away from EOS and baby lips because those are just popular consumer products and won't help someone with a case of very dry lips. If you find none of these suggestions work for you, consider going to your doctor because they can prescribe a lip treatment for extremely dry lips. My mom did this a few years back and it worked well for her.

Philosophy's Kiss Me Tonight balm is THE BEST. I will not be without it during the winter. I love it so much. It's pricey but I love it and truly think its worth every penny. I also love all of the following: Jack Black Intense Therapy lip balm, Fresh Sugar lip balm (pricey as well but so worth it. it's extremely hydrating and they have an advanced formula as well so it makes it even better), C.O. Bigelow My Favorite Night Balm (found at Bath & Body Works) - it reminds me of Kiss Me Tonight a tiny bit. I've been using it both during the day and at night and I already like it and feel like my lips are much more hydrated and I just got it yesterday. It's an 8 hour balm. I don't think it quite lasts that long but it does last a good while and it doesn't have much of a smell and isn't sticky or too greasy.

I've also heard Elizabeth Arden's 8 hour cream is really good. But I'm positive its pricey and it is heavy duty and doesn't smell good at all but apparently it works wonders. I'd like to try it one day.

Burt's bee's and cococare is what I tend to use. I'm prone to dry lips, as well.

IMO EOS is successful due to cute packaging, because I don't find it to be moisturizing at all. I'm in love with Carmex (it's addictive) and nyx Butter balms.

Carmex, Palmer's, Burt's Bees (one without any tint) or Herbacin lip balms.
