Well, it's not a smokey eye, but it's pretty. I'd keep the dark shadow a bit lower above the crease, it looks a bit too close to the eyebrow right now. That's all though, it looks nice.

I agree with Hannah. It would just be called dark shadow eyeshadow. I really like the winged eyeliner though 😊
Otherwise, smoky eye would be something like a golden brown or a grayish color.
