I have tried what feels like every single lotion made but nothing is helping my poor elbows :( they get very painful & crack... do you have any suggestions on lotions??

Lotions aren't very moisturizing try butters instead like Shea butter you can also try aquaphor ointment it helps heal dry cracked skin.

Lisa, you are welcome, not sure if it helps but I have severe psoriasis and I put my medicine on and aquaphor over it and it makes a huge difference, really relieves the pain, itching, and cracking.

I think its jus the dry winter air & constant cold my elbows only get like this in winter but I appreciate the suggestion
have to wait to Thursday to get the aquaphor jus got back from last minute christmas shopping Haha oops
