I use proactiv and it works wonders for me! Clears up my skin extremely well and fairly quickly- But some people did not get good results so it depends on the person and their skin type I guess :)

For acne, I use a natural soap called African black soap. Usually, you can get it from a herbal shop or even the drugstore, as long as it looks trustworthy. This soap works MIRACLES for my skin.
