Wet a slanted eyeshadow brush and use an eyeshadow. Works just as good as a liquid eyeliner and doesn't smudge.

I love the Shimmer Strip Gel Liners from Physicians Formula in the trio of nestled glass jars. Crazy easy to use and has serious staying power. Despite I rotate liners, it's the one that seems to draw compliments on my eye color. They are formulated to enhance the eyes.
