Lightening black dyed hair easy options.

There is no easy way to do this. I recommend going to a professional. I went to a professional (actually two different ones) to lighten my hair when it was dyed black and it resulted in my hair breaking off at the root and having to wear extensions for the next 3 years. You can try a color remover like "Color Oops" which should lift it without bleaching it per se.

There is no easy way. How light do you need to go is really the question?

It depends on what shade you're trying to achieve, but either way if you're lightening from black it's not going to be 'easy' on your hair.
Can you be a little more specific so it's easier to help? :)

Professional. there are color removers and bleaching options that we can do that are slightly less damaging. but either way, your hair is going to get damaged.

Go to a professional like I did years ago. It still won't be easy but it will spare you the risk of hair breaking off or just not working. It is also important that you go to a salon that really knows what they are doing-maybe this one time go to a pricier one ( though price alone is no guarantee of course).
