I usually take a shower every other day. Today was my second day hair but I don't have time to take a shower tonight! How can I hide greasy / dandruff hair?!

Ehat I do is ill spray some heat protection spray on my hair and use my hair dryer to add some volume to it, and them throw it up in a bun. I hope this helped haha(:
