"Santa" gave these to my daughter as a stocking stuffer and now I'm almost tempted to buy my own lol
I'm not an expert or really experienced with brushes at all but the quality of these feel so good. I believe I picked these up at Walgreen's

You can test the quality by using it once maybe with applying blush or something. If there is a lot of shedding it's not a good product. You can also wash it with shampoo and see if it sheds then of course it's not a good product.
