I wanted to know what hair colors work for brown skinned women. Women like Kelly Rowland, Sevyn Streeter or Fantasia. I am so tired of playing safe with black or brown. I want something new and noticeable! Help please? :)

I agree with lili, red is lovely on anyone :) I had red hair for a year and I've experiented with at least 10 differenr brands, and the one I think would work best for that color would be loreal.hi color hilights in red, its made for dark hair and so no bleaching at all required, all you need is developer :) I bought it at sallys beauty supply for cheap if you want to try, good luck xxx

If you do it slowly, one shade at a time, I think carmel looks amazing on girls with darker skin.
