My naked three palette two of the shadows fell out and the color dust the most crumbley color I have ever seen in my life shifted in the pan like it didn't break it just moved a little I had to move it back in place witch means it don't look all pretty and new now...Lol sorry I just had to rant for a second there.

Dust is the most horrible color in everyone's palette. -_- it works well to apply it in the center of the lid to make a look more shiny, and others said to apply it wet. Haven't had any problems with pans falling out though. But if it bothers you, exchange it.

All the shadows in that palette work great for me except for that ugly step-child "dust". But I found a use for it...I pat it over a neon pink lipstick to tone it down a bit and with a little clear lipgloss I have a shimmering pink lippie.

Aha Shelley W. What a great name for "dust" that's genius! Calling it ugly stepchild is fitting.
