Eye primer infomation please.

I've never tried that, but I believe it will work. Foundatin should work or an eyeshadow base, too.

Yeah it will work. However an eye primer usually intensifies the effect or color of the eye shadow and a regular face primer will not do that. A regular primer will just keep the shadows in place a bit longer.

I'm not sure but I feel like it wouldnt cuz its just to help makeup last a bit longer and make a smooth serface as too where an actual eye primer makes shadows stick and intensify colors if your on a budget you can always get a elf shadow primer or nyx
