Honestly I recommend buy individual. otherwisen in a set there well be brushes that you don't use. so if you buy individual ones you know you will use them. I love sigma.

Ecotools, sigma, real techniques- I haven't tried coastal scents in years but they were like dollar store brushes when I did
But the elf studio line are decent but cheap so not hard on the wallet when bought individually
