Hi guys, this is the first time I've posted here and would really appreciate some help! In my Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette the black eyeshadow crumbled and broke and spilled all over the palette and the eyeshadows and I was wondering how I could clean them and get ALL of the black off?

If it's a new palette that you got for Christmas or have barely used, I would just take it back & exchange it for a new one. I honestly don't know of any way you could get all the black off the other eyeshadow colours :c

I'd try spraying alcohol on it and then lightly wiping it clean, if you're determined to keep it.

Maybe get some tweezers and like scrape away the black off the eyeshadow colours? Although you could lose some product:-( I'm sorry to hear that. I don't think they will exchange it as it wasn't there fault and you've already used/damaged it yourself. Just go in and see, if not try to get it off yourself.
