I'm allowed to wear eyshadow but not a whole bunch, I'm only 13 lol. I'm allowed to wear lighter colors and I was looking for different ways to put it on... if that makes sense. Thanks!!

I'm 13 too and I don't really wear
Make- up I'm not allowed to wear a lot either but it depends what look your going for I would suggest mascara and maybe some eyeliner

Perhaps a nice shimmery skin toned colour in your lid? It really opens up the eye :) and you could even use a slightly darker shade on your outer crease. And maybe for fun you could sometimes use a bit of coloured eyeliner, like purple or blue :)
