I can't get on YouTube right now because I'm on my school ipad and it doesn't let me get on YouTube and my laptop is getting fixed.

Maybe the sponge has too big holes. Try a cheap makeup sponge or a one with smaller gaps.

I suggest you use a small sponge
Let get to it:
•Things you need
-a white small sponge
-nail polish
•First settle down and pick out what pattern you want( dark to light / light to dark)I recommend 2-3 nail paints
•On the sponge you are going to paint the pattern you chose in the beginning. Put them together.
•Hurry and do this step, just incase the polish dries up. Press down the sponge on your nail
•Do this to all of your nails and MAGIC: You have Ombré Nails

Soak the sponge in water before you use it! Then wring out the water, that way the sponge can't soak up the polish. I learned from experience!
