Genetics plays a huge roll in the amount of time it take your body to produce chitin. Their has been no solid evidence whether products can actually lengthen hair or finger nails (both have chitin in them)
My hair and nails naturally grow quickly. Eat regularly and work out at least 30 minutes a day. This promotes cell growth in the body (and death). Every year out entire body is replaced. Isn't that crazy?!?!

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. You will see results within a week or so:)
