Athletics is my first period so if I curl my hair before athletics and I put it up the curls come out.

When curling your hair. Spray hair spray in your hair to keep hold of the curls. I hope this helped! 😊

Put your hair in a loose high bun. Then when you take it out it should still have that curl/wave. At least thats what works for my hair! (:

Try a scrunchy or any other loose tie hairband. My hair is naturally curly so I deal with this a lot. With the scrunchy, you will keep your hair in place but instead of pulling it out you stretch it so it barely touches your hair (if this makes no sence let me know I'm so tired right now sorry)

I agree with Liz, loose buns are very good for keeping curls.
