Okay so I've had my hair 100% curly for 3 years now. It has not grown AT ALL! When I was around 11/12 my hair was super long. Then as I got older my hair changed (tHanks to hormones) and got even curlier. I'm so frustrated! I just want longer hair. Heck even if it was boob length I would be satisfied. Any tips/tricks.

You probably think it hasn't grown, kuzz you see it daily. I was putting my hair up and once I straightened it and put it down I noticed how long it was(:

Have you tried taking biotin pills? Maybe your roots need some more moisture. You should try massaging coconut and castor oil into your hair and rinsing it out really well like once a week.

Are you black or part black? I suggest you look into taking care if your natural hair! Check out Teri LaFlesh's book curly like me! I've been using her tops and my hair has been growing at a good speed!

First of all, try to lead a less stressed life, sleep 8 hours each night and stay hydrated. Then do a hydrating treatment once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to moisturize your hair and make it healthy. Castor oil works for growth. And make sure to maintain the health and moisture of your hair using hydrating hair masks, like the Moroccan argan oil hair mask from the Pro Naturals hair repair system, it really helps.
