So I just had acrylics because I have a bad habit for biting my nails! So any way my acrylics came off and now my nails look dead I was wondering if any one knew how to make them look heathy again and also how to grow your nails with out wanting to bite them?

There are actually nail polishes (usually clear) made to prevent nail biting. The way they work is that they have a horrible taste hence stopping you from biting them. Orly has one called No Bite.

I would start a bed time routine that consists of tubbing garlic on your nails and finishing off with cuticle oil to promote moisture and nail growth! Also always have your nails painted, I subject the bad tasting clear polishes as well. (:

Well if your nails are dead you should probably cut them and grow them out again, but if you don't want to you could try soaking them in olive oil daily for 5-10 minutes and see if that helps.

I bite my nails too and usually go 2 months without biting and then I cave but recently it has helped to keep a picture on my phone of really pretty nails that I want and then my temptation is gone.

Soak them in apple cider vinegar or spray them with bitter apple.
