I want to learn how to carry myself neatly & like a lady.. I want to know how to look neat at all times and I was wondering could you please give me steps on how to achieve this goal in the comments.

You should go to Amazon and search for the vintage film series: How to be a woman. Yes, it's real. They were released by Kino Shorts as instructional/educational films. There is a book by the same title for a modern take from a feminist point of view. Sounds like you grace, movement, grooming, etc. is what you seek and so I believe the DVD may be of assistance.

I think that first of all the word that describes a lady is dignity - anytime, anywhere)
What about looking neat - it means to me smth like "less is more". A simple yet shopisticated makeup/ always clear hair very accurate and healthy/ plain clothes, simple silhouette accessorized with beautiful shoes, earrings etc/ manicure:-)
