Hey has anyone used the l'oreal skin perfection 3 in 1 micellar water? Says it pulls out oil and unblocks pores! I think it's broke me out a little and just wondered if it does this at first then prevents spots?? Please if anyone can help would be very grateful thank you :)

I haven seen this here in the states.. There is one called ideal skin and it's a scrub blue color..

I haven't used this product but I've been using the cleanser and toner as well as the serum. It seems as though it's clearing my skin as well as toning it too. However, I'm still getting the odd breakout. Sorry, not much help.
