I've dyed my hair too many times and then tried stripping it all of to get my natural color back so I can just leave it alone. But the stripper just put spots in my hair. Now my hair is done. I can't get my natural curl back. Any tips?? I have very fine thin hair...

Is your hair long or short now? If it's long, adding layer will remove the unhealthy stuff and will lighten the hair so the curl will start to return. It took me a yr, I had the same issue, I just had to add layers, constantly trim and slowly the curls came back (thank god!) also, try not to apply too much heat to it.

Your best bet is to cut off the damaged hair. hair is dead therefore you cannot fix it once its damaged. you can make it appear a bit healthier but ultimately you just need to grow it out. use warm coconut oil at night time, wrap hair in shower cap or plastic wrap, avoid using heat tools (if you have to use a heat protector spray) don't wash hair in hot water, brush it when its wet or put it back in a tight ponytail. try frenchbraids. the little bit of tension helps speed up hair growth and can encourage curls to return when you take your hair out of the braid. massage scalp for 5 mins every day to stimulate hair growth as well. be gentle when brushing it and don't towel dry hair to roughly either.

No problem. the next time you dye your hair, you should try using a demi. its deposit only and doesn't hurt your hair. just while trying to decide if you like the color. demis don't really last long but they are great for experimenting. marykay has a virtual makeover app for androids where you can play with different hair colors and cuts on your own picture too fyi.
