My friend has it, it didn't seem like anything special. I didn't think it worked well for curling hair, and I just overall wasn't impressed. I get nicer curls from my flatiron.

I tried it also and I hated it. My hair got stuck in it, and it just didnt do what it says it should. If you want loose curls without any heat I suggest using socks! I know it sounds weird but it works like a charm :) just search "sock girls" on youtube

There are three heat settings on.. I have it on 3 for thick hair.

I've had this too. Didn't do anything to my hair besides messing it up and making it frizzy. I gave it away second day after purchase.
