Abreva is the only thing I've tried and it works like a charm for me. Maybe you should re-apply it. Goodluck girl.

Chapstick brand chapstick really helps me. I know it sucks, I've had a lot at one time, including sone that went up my nose :/ don't try a bunch of products in a row though, that will make them worse.

Do not touch them and let them 'dry', thats the fastest way to get rid of them. so don't use chapstick either!

I get them so bad I take pills to prevent them, n sometimes they still appare.!! I find it helps to put cold sore cream on it immediately, septic cream helps wen they have popped, and are starting to dry it helps swelling and heals it. When mine are at there worst. I have to take paracetamol for the pain. I feel it for you girl. hope that helps. not chapstick in my opinion.

I've had them horrible my whole life. Even the pills didn't work. Chapstick and abreva are the only two things I've found that will help. but everyone is different and bodies react different. :)

Tea tree oil, hot compresses, l-lysine, carmex, milk soaked cotton ball, ice compress, hot black tea bag, cinnamon and honey, lol. Got it as an infant from my parent so that's everything I've tried in the order they worked best. Good luck!
