^yeah I think there's black liner too. blue looks pretty though! not a fan of the brows. they just look really unnatural & don't suit anyone in my opinion.

If you like your brows like this that's totally your preference, but you should really blend that concealer you used of them, if not get a concealer matching your skin tone so you won't have to worry about that.
