Don't take biotin without talking to your doctor. if you don't need it, it won't do anything for you. & it can give some weird side effects. check out Kitty K.'s profile. she's using natural ways to help her hair grow long & strong. she has pictures of her hair growth & will tell you what she does.

Honestly I don't know how to do it on the app lol. but click on the Hair section & scroll down a little & you'll see she commented on a post. the post says something like "So. Idk."

Yea dnt take biotin pills.. if you can't find kitty.. look for advice in YouTube they have some stuff that can help you..I think you jus have to wait for kitty to post something I don't know either..
