It is cool, but you should really do your own design, not steal someone elses.
1. Getting that design is on the same level as taking someones work and crediting it to yourself
2. It looks like it's a design that was designed by them or their artist, and not many people know this but if you were to get that and one of them learn, they could sew you.
Come up with your own design, don't steal others work.

Also, looking at the design you can obviously tell that there is meaning behind it for that girl.
If you really like then use it as inspiration for your own design

I was going to put a old fashioned clock in it with the time I was born, and get a different quote, then the only thing I'm taking is 3 roses and loads of people have roses

Honestly, in my own personal opinion, I think that you shouldn't ask random strangers about your tattoo. It's your decision, and your body; why would we care what you get or what it looks like? We're not invested in your tattoo, it's on your body, and the only opinion that should matter is your own. If you need to ask others, I'd say wait a while until you don't question your decision any more.

People write on here asking for peoples opinions all the time, it may not have any interest to you but personally I'm a indecisive people an would like to here people comments on it, I've wanted it for ages. Nothing wrong with getting a second opinion

I have a tattoo myself, I'm not bashing your idea. And I tell those people the same thing I'm telling you: if you love it and want it, get it. A stranger's opinion shouldn't make a difference, and if it does, there's something wrong.

Go into a parlor and sit down with the artist, have an actual consultation. Any respectable tattoo artist won't even bother looking at that design, don't bother bringing it in. Artists do not rob other artists' work, and neither should you.

It's stunning! but be careful with who you choose to make it.. cause it looks really detailed and if the artist messes up you'll be stuck with a mess..

This is exactly why I don't post pictures of all my tattoos on the internet, because I would be upset if someone just stole it like that. Personally I think all of someone's tattoos should be 100% original with their own meaning. This is why we have about a million girls walking around with the same dream catcher or feather tattoo.

I think it's really cute & you already said you're changing the time & quote to be personal to you. I don't know what everyone's issue is. you think it's beautiful & it inspired you to make it personal to you. nothing wrong with that. not all tattoos need to be 100% original. I try & think of ways to represent something for a tattoo & get nowhere unless I look at other tattoos for inspiration. if you like it, get it! :)

Big decision! First of all, I think your idea is beautiful! Be warned that the inner thigh is a painful spot to get that much detail work done. It is going to cost a small fortune to get it done and many hours. If you are really indecisive, I would hold onto the picture for at least a few months before deciding. I have so many tattoos and I wait a year after drawing them before committing to them. Still I wish I hadn't gotten a few of my bigger pieces. Please, please, please make sure your artist can pull this off! Demand to see a portfolio! And lastly, if it is winter where you live, you need to wear loose fitting clothes and not go anywhere for a few days. The swelling and rawness is going to irritate your every step. Getting dressed will hurt! Good luck!!
