So I found out that when a hair on your face gets infected it makes a spot/pimple so my question is if you didn't have any hair on your face would you still get pimples?

I see where you're coming from, but there's no way to get rid of the hair follicles, which is the part that would get infected.

Meaning that the follicles are under the skin, and the area surrounding them can gather bacteria for blemishes.

So what about if you had lazer surgery xx

That wouldn't remove the place where the hair is supposed to be; lasers can't remove pores :)

Using an aftershave lotion made for men highly reduces the severity of the breakout though because its formulated to prevent ingrown hairs (a type of acne, believe it or not). even if you don't shave, try using it after waxing, threading, epilating, or whatever method you like. :)

Hey rahma! laser can help, depends from person to person, be sure to talk to the laser person and get a consultation. I had a lot of chin hair which did get infected especially when I threaded them. it was really bad. I got laser done, not only did my hair ingrown follicles start falling out but I saw a huge reduction in the red spots. if you have any questions you can always ask me. I hope this helped. I have facial hair I guess women in my family are slightly hairy and might be hormones too. laser helps finish off the follicles and they eventually fall out. I finally learned my face doesn't like threading bleaching waxing. the only thing it took well to was laser.

I agree with Huda. Laser has eliminated this problem for me.
