Hiya :) I ordered the Naked 3 last night. I was just wondering if you think It will be ok for me? In the past I've always stayed away from pink eyeshadows because I thought it would bring out the pink tones in my skin. It just looked so pretty and I already have the first two so I wanted to carry on the collection. If you have any photos of pink shadow looks for me to try when it arrives that would also be appreciated. Thanks everyone! X.

I actually like pink lips!! But like an antique rose pink not in your face pink. I can remember my mum when I was younger telling me that pink and purple eyeshadows made your eyes look sore and bruised which I see where she's coming from but I actually love purple eyeshadow. Maybe because they are more subtle shades of pink it will be ok. Not as if its disco pink haha. We will see!

I would say your best bet may be to go swatch it in store. I tired googling red hair with pink makeup but that didn't go so well.

Ok I'll stop worrying about it and just enjoy it. I think a lot of the old 'colour wheel' theories are going out of the window these days anyway. So long as I my foundation is done properly It will be fine. Should arrive in the post in a couple of days :)

I think color theory can still apply, but there's wiggle room. It might bring out your natural pinks, but in a positive way, making your face warm, and inviting. I think it would flatter you just fine- plus there are rose golds, dusky pinks, and mauves, not straight up pink. If there's a too pink shade, just use sparingly or showcase it as a pop of color.
