EOS and Baby Lips are more cutesy than actually effective. If you have normal-ish lips, go with Burt's Bees or Softlips, and if you have really chapped lips, then Carmex and Rosebud Salve fix everything.

EOS works amazing on my lips. My lips are weird and react differently to different balms. EOS makes restores them to their natural pink from before they darkened slightly, although temporarily. When I wear it to sleep I wake up with gloss-ready soft natural pink lips, and I love it. A lot of my friends live Burt's Bees, but it makes my lips grey and red and dries them out.

Carmex, blistex and burts bees peppermint are my favorites. They're not fancy, but they get the job done.
Dont waste your money on EOS. It looks cool, but doesn't do anything other than that.

It's not really a lip balm but if u take coconut oil it makes your lips glossy and soft
