Need A Lighter Skin Tone... Help please.

My skin is just do prone to tan stuffs.. it looks so great.. when am at home.. and turn worse when exposed to Sun... need serious help... Sun darken my skin tone even... need help to lighten it.. please help me out :-(

Just use a high spf sunscreen when you go out. wear a hat to shade your face. I don't think there are any safe ways to lighten your skin.
