It is a pretty purple and you could definitely pull it off I just thought it was going to be a tad bit darker.

I think you need a pink-based purple like the colors that Beauty G suggested. If you still have a lot of that color left just go buy fuchsia then mix it in before you put on your hair and I think you get better results than the blue based purple that turns out to gray as it fades.
