Is there aany foundation or powder that can cover up bad acne.

Well, to help hide redness use a green concealer. I found that using that did most of the coverup for me, then I applied my regular concealer & foundation & you could barely see anything

I use neutrogena healthy skin foundation then I put maybeline age rewind concealer on top and finish it off with elf translucent powder and my red scars and acne disappear!
