Really the only way to truly make your tummy flat is just by the traditional workout. Yea you can lose weight by those "get skinny quick programs" but most of the pills once you stop taking them you gain it back. It takes hard work to get a toned body. An easy place to start tho is watch your diet, try to avoid high sodium foods and drink loads of water. Also what I found helps is doing sit-ups whenever I found myself just lounging around, and especially before I go to bed I do 50 a night. It has helped keep me toned and not gain, I am 5'5" and went from weighing 145 to 120 with a toner body by sticking to a basic workout routine.

You can't spot reduce fat. At all.
If you want to lose fat, you have to just lose fat overall and do your cadio.
And ab exercises to tone up.

Tummy fat is largely due to genetics & having higher body fat. Unfortunately, there is no way to spot reduce tummy fat. Where you lose weight is largely dependent on your genetics. However, trying to reduce your overall body fat may help reduce some fat in this area.

And for the record, crunches won't work because it only trains the muscle underneath--your problem is the fat above it, and crunches won't affect it at all, and this goes for any exercise.

If you cant be bothered with the work out, they say laughing 100 times is the equivalent to 10 minutes on the rowing machine or 15 minutes on an exercise bike, so laugher really is the best medicine :)

Eat vegetables, fruit, and about 50 grams of protein a day. Never deprive yourself!!!! Eat yummy, flavorful, healthy things that you enjoy. Yogurt n fruit, peanut butter and bananas, and ants on a log are some of my favorites. Eat when your hungry! Right when u get up, a snack, and then a meal when ur hungry. Even if its not exactly 12. Eat a small snack every 1-3 hours. Drink water!!! Like, 60 ounces a day. I followed this for about 2 weeks and I lost 5 pounds!!!

O! Also, have a cheat day every week. Have one day where you don't follow the rules. It will help you not to feel deprived, so your more likely to stick to your regular healthy eating.

Just watch greasy foods. Eat good servings of veggies & fruit with protein... Portion correctly & maybe get a gym membership.. It doesnt have to be intense... Cardio is a great way to start.. You can also get a trainer if your committed.

80% of it will be your diet... But exercise is so important. Don't neglect weights and resistance training; muscle tone is much more empowering than just starving yourself and trying to burn the rest off with cardio which has diminishing returns because your body will adapt to the challenge.

Best wishes =)

I would say a 10-15 minute ab workout (crunches work best for me) each day is the healthiest thing to do for your body, toning is much healthier than trying to lose alot of weight and you'll look great too! Naturally cutting out fatty foods helps and drinking plenty of water but remember your beautiful no matter what. Best of luck!

Rather than dieting I think actually changing your lifestyle and habits will be a lot more beneficial for you in the long run. Number one thing is portion control. Also, eat every 2-3 hours that when when you do eat you don't feel super hungry and end up eating too much. Also, drink water!!!! Make sure to add protein into your diet whether that be eggs or almonds, etc. Eat green leafs like spinach and also incorporate fruits into your meals as well. Remember you're not trying to cut foods out of your life, that's the Short term weight loss method. Your goal is changing your habits and ALSO try to get 30 minutes of exercise a day.

you want to turn that mushy gush into muscle than slowly break down that muscle. only way is to begin running a mile than two miles after every run in morning or day or night work on ONLY your abs by doing workouts affiliated specifically for your abs/stomache/core [: oh! and try to cut down slowly again on your food like limit yourself to barely to any or no fast food!
