^ I shouldn't have said it better! I'm getting the starter kit, core collection and miracle sponge ($6 beauty blender dupe) for Christmas for a total of $43 ❤️For cheaper than that I just got some bh cosmetics brushes and they are pretty good for the price

Brushes from Elf are awesome, and they're only $3 a brush! I love the flat top powder brush.

Why buy 6 brushes and a sponge for $43? I agree with Bailey, E.L.F has an 11 piece brush set for $30 , and if you order online with a coupon, you can get them for $15!

I use coastal scents brushes, their 22 piece set goes on sale like twice a month. I got it for 11$ around Christmas last year and although there are a few brushes it didn't come with, it's worth it. They're soft and dense, and easy to clean. I buy elf ones if I feel I'm missing any.

I use a set from beaute basics that was about $70. They're amazing brushes and they've held up well.

I agree that ELF brushes are great too. I've had plenty of those in the past.

E.L.F! The store I get them at are all just $1! There are sets out there but I just buy them individually so you can choose the specific ones that you want.

If your just starting out you can experiment with elf but I prefer real technics they are amazing and from brushes you want to invest in good quality it's better in the long run

I love Real Techniques. They aren't as cheap as Elf but they have a few sets and the individual brushes aren't really that expensive. They're very soft and well made and are so versatile. Many of the brushes are great at doing many different things even if they are labeled for a specific thing. I really love them and I'm buying a second set to use in my professional kit. They're basically all I use now.
