I think if your blouse it a vibrant shade of orange just a clean cut winged eyeliner would look really good maybe done fake eye lashes, if you like them :)

Thanks mairead. uhm don't kno nevr wore them before. I think my eyelashes are at good length so I normally jus use mascara.

I don't wear it as an accessory only let it blend in to my outfits but wanted to give my eyes that extra pop.

For complimentary colors you should always refer back to the color wheel and see what color is opposite to the color your looking to match. Blue is opposite orange but I know blues are scary for some people to use for eyeshadow but the 2 colors on each side of blue are purple and green so those would also work.

You can check the color theory but I think a neutral look is going to go for sure!! or maybe you could add just a little of orange in the middle! orange and brown is a nice combination!!
