What makes hazel eyes pop?

I'm doing some shopping and I have got all neutrals eyeshadows but I'm scared to use like blue or something,I used to use blue eyeliner in my waterline and everyone said it made my eyes stand out a lot,what other colours would make my eyes pop? pictures would be good too :)
