Moisturize!
when I don't moisturize my legs at least once a day, I get ingrown hairs which are those red dots. I use an aveeno moisturizer & it works great! try that & see how it goes for you :p

My

No, the red bumps does not mean you have eczema, in grown hairs, etc. I would definitely try going to a dermatologist or even an esthetician before trying to do any of the procedures the other girls recommended, just because it worked for someone else doesn't necessarily mean it will work for you.

It might be keratosis Pilaris. I have those all over my arms and legs. I would go to a dermatologist. It's not ingrown hair at all. And moisturizing everyday might be making it worse. Depending on what lotion you have. Some lotions will make it sooo much worse.

I think is just irritation from your razor or just a reaction from your sensitive skin. Just put a lot of lotion & if it itches don't scratch it:)

Are they raised? then it could be kp. its nothing to worry about. exfoliating and using a glycolic based mosteriser w help tons. if they aren't raised it something called strawberry legs, just the dark marks from your pores. I have both and the glycolic w work for the kp. unfortunately hasent helped w the strawberry marks.

I think you just have keratosis pilaris

That is keratosis pilaris you need to constantly exfoliate try using exfoliating.gloves and salicylic body wash then a moisturizer, you can also use AHA lotion on them alpha hydroxy acid helps keeps your pore wall clean an gets rid of the dead skin it also speeds up your cell turnover and that will help keep your skin stay smooth and clear and if there just flat spots you can use a retinol body butter to help clear them up
