You'd have to look at the packaging or google lists because not all products test on animals and put that on their packaging especially high end makeup

Idk if you have tarte cosmetics but they are against animal testing from what I know

@Meagan sometimes they don't put it on their packaging because somewhere along the process they did test on animals but the finished product wasn't so they come out saying its cruelty free but thats some products that do that not all.

Some brands don't test in certain countries but do in others- there have been lots of disputes about that

Like brands can only be sold in certain countries if they've been tested on animals first like, china.
So be google specific on where you live
