My brows are almost black...what I use is the Anastasia brow wiz in brunette to shape them and fill in the beginning of my eyebrow first, then I take a MAC shadow (I don't know the name but it's a very dark matte brown) and fill in the tail and outer part of my brow! hope I helped :)

If you have the first vice palette, I use the color desperation for my brows. I have really dark blonde hair and my eyebrows are basically black but more of a weird grayish non specific color like my hair lol. If you don't have it, look for a similar color to it. Since its a powder it won't look super harsh if you comb it through with a brow brush.
