im pretty sure you can, i mean it sits in your hair all night. its probably a smarter way to do that because most people forget to do it when they are about to straighten it. So its better to spray in your hair before bed and wala! you have heat protected hair in the morning

it dont always stay in your hair when u sleep with it in.
and never do your hair when its wet it kills your hair and makes it like hours hair after doing it to much
