Love love love shimmer and also the darker colors so my go to is the naked 2!

The naked 3 has lots of shimmers and it's also more on the light pinky, brown tone.

If you get the naked basics you can always turn them to shimmery colors if you want to by adding a bit of glitter or getting a shimmery eyeshadow primer like the one by too faced in candlelight an make it shimmery also lorac has a little bottle with liquid glitter to make shadows shimmer.

Naked is made for warm toned skin and naked 2 is for cooler toned and although the basics is pretty versatile because its matte it also has easy to dupe colors and pretty boring so I would just go for the naked or naked 2 depending on your undertones or wait and see what naked 3 is like.
