They aren't even pimples! just red dry patches. what can I do to get rid of these??

You can try using a facial toner. The Simple Line has a great facial toner :) If you don't want to spend money mix lemon juice with a little honey and apply to your entire face. Keep it on for a minute or so and then gently rinse off. Afterwards make sure you use a light moisturizer, because lemon juice can dry out your skin quickly :) I hope this helps!! Xxx
