I like Rimmel wake me up it covers my dark freckles and when I have a pimple it seems to cover it well not sure how you will find it but definitely recommend

Apparently the ELF Acne Fighting Foundation has INSANE coverage! I don't know if you know her, but April (aprilathena7) on YouTube uses it and it covers all of her scars! And, it's only like $3.

I LOVE the Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 Hr Full Coverage foundation. I also use Benefit Boi-ing concealer to cover up anything the foundation missed and set it with a powder and my skin looks absolutely FLAWLESS.

You can try the Revlon colorstay has great coverage but if you can afford I'd go with the MAC studio finish foundation.
