Okay, so lately I've been noticing that when I'm in the shower, my shoulder and neck and back have been very itchy. and I also notice when I get out of the shower, there are little red bumps where I've scratched them. it hasn't gone away in like a week, and I'm curious as to what this may be. Thanks girlies!

And they itch when I put my skin under the water and sometimes even when I'm not in the shower.

Do you think I can put like aloe lotion on it to help?

You might be sensitive to the temperature or maybe there is something in your soap body wash that is making you breakout try a hypoallergenic body wash or soap or maybe cooler or warmer water and lay off the scratching.

Thanks @Cassie, do you think aloe lotion would help with it to disappear?

Possibly aloe is great for soothing sunburn but before you breakout even more put some on a little spot and wait an hour to see if any more breakout occurs.

Try turning down the water in the shower. Your skin could be sensitive to the temperature. Also maybe your skin is allergic to the body wash or soap you use? Try using a hypoallergenic one
