Grab a band-aid, juice 1/2 tomato, pour the tomato juice on the band aid & apply to your nose. Leave for 10-15 minutes, till me if it worked & I hope this helped!

It could get expensive, but go get facials monthly. The trained professional will be able to help your skin out a lot! She can give you skincare tips as well, it's her job to help you make your skin beautiful. Also, invest in a Clarisonic. They're specifically designed to loosen blackheads with sonic vibrations. If you wash your face with it, morning and night, you'll see a huge difference.

Lots of good tips here. Another would be to steam your face weekly, for 15 minutes. Add some fresh mint leaves, or a little rose water to it. I've heard steaming has worked for many others.

I use the St ives blackhead apricot scrub and it gets rid of all my blackheads.

Actually, and with no offense intended to Sarah D, the St. Ives scrub leaves cuts on the surface of your skin and can irritate it. I also forgot to mention, if nothing we've suggested works for you, go see a dermatologist.

I wouldn't recommend using scrubs either for black heads. Some may be to harsh to the area.

To reduce the blackheads and large pores ---
You can try a clay mask, like the Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay, you can find it at Whole foods or other organic food stores. add a small amount of raw apple cider vinegar or some aloe juice to reduce the pH, and some raw honey to help keep the skin hydrated. and make sure to tone and moisturize after to keep your skin from drying too much.
Or you could make your own with pure clay, fragrance fee toner, and solvent or emollient alcohol. emollients are actually good for the skin. For Oily/combo skin, mix a thin paste, and for dry skin use less clay to make a more liquid consistency (which can be thickened with oats and/or honey).
Use it right after you get out the shower, let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it starts to dry, but don't let it completely dry. If you see your skin drying out to much, then stop using it.
